PICD, Inc. was established in 2005 and is duly registered with the Philippine Security and Exchange Commision (SEC) as a non-profit, non-stock religious organization.  Local government requirements are followed for municipal permits, accountability to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)

 

PICD, Inc. was established with the unwavering support of Deaf Ministries international (DMI - LINK to website) who continue to partner with us in prayer and financial support to this very day.

 

PICD, Inc. also is a Partner Organization with Liliane Foundation Philippines who assist in financing and supporting our individual child sponsorship program so that Deaf children receive the benefit of the best services the community can provide to Deaf individuals.

 

A third partner organization since 2010 is World Mission to the Deaf (WMD - link to website) without whose support our Naturally Negros business and livelihood program would not exist.

 

All three of these organizations work and dream together to enhance the quality of life and provide eternal hope to the disadvantaged Deaf of the Philippines.
